Discounts, Voucher & Coupon Policies
From time to time, Aqua Sports Adventures may offer promotional pricing, repeat renter discounts, coupon codes, weather vouchers, loyalty offers, or seasonal specials. To ensure fairness and consistency for all guests, the following policies apply to all discounts, vouchers, promotions, and coupon codes.
General Discount Policies
- All discounts, promotional offers, voucher programs, and coupon codes are valid only for the dates, vessel categories, rental durations, and terms specifically stated within the offer
- Discounts and promotional pricing are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
- Discounts, coupon codes, promotional offers, vouchers, and loyalty discounts may not be combined, stacked, or used together unless specifically stated otherwise
- Discounts and promotional offers hold no cash value and are non-transferable or refundable
Existing Reservations & Promotional Pricing
- Promotional pricing and newly released discounts may not be applied retroactively to existing reservations
- Once a reservation has been confirmed and paid, discounts or promotions released after the booking date cannot be added, credited, refunded, or honored toward that reservation
- Guests may not cancel and rebook an existing reservation to obtain newly released promotional pricing without being subject to the applicable cancellation policy and fees
- Reservations canceled outside of policy guidelines for the purpose of obtaining alternate promotional pricing may result in forfeiture of reservation payments and applicable fees
Repeat Renter & Loyalty Discounts
- Repeat renter loyalty programs and annual discount structures reset each operating season
- Repeat renter discounts may not be used on Holidays unless otherwise stated
- Repeat renter discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the qualifying guest associated with the account
- Eligibility for repeat renter discounts will be verified through our reservation system prior to approval
Online Coupon Codes
- Online coupon codes are valid only for reservations booked directly through the Aqua Sports Adventures website
- Discounts are not guaranteed for reservations booked over the phone unless specifically authorized by management
- Once a reservation has been processed, discounts or coupon codes cannot be added afterward for partial refunds or account credits
Voucher Policies
- Weather vouchers, promotional vouchers, credits, and rescheduled reservation vouchers:
- Hold no cash value
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for refunds
- Must be used prior to the stated expiration date
- Unless otherwise stated, vouchers and promotional credits expire at the end of the current operating season
- Vouchers may only be used for the vessel category and rental duration specified at the time of issuance unless approved otherwise by management
Holiday & Peak Date Restrictions
- Discounts, promotions, voucher redemptions, loyalty pricing, and coupon codes are not valid on holidays, holiday weekends, blackout dates, or peak-demand periods unless specifically stated within the offer
- Additional restrictions may apply during high-demand rental periods
Additional Exclusions
Discounts and promotional pricing do not apply toward:
- Fuel charges
- Taxes
- Administrative fees
- Security deposits
- Accessories or add-ons
- Pet fees
- Convenience fees
- Damage charges
- Late fees
- Multi-day custom quotes
Aqua Sports Adventures reserves the right to deny or revoke promotional pricing if misuse, abuse, policy circumvention, or unauthorized discount sharing is suspected.
