Reservation Policies
To ensure a smooth rental experience for all guests, please carefully review the following reservation policies prior to booking with Aqua Sports Adventures.
Reservation Types & Rental Durations
- Aqua Sports Adventures primarily offers:
- Half-Day Rentals (4 Hours)
- Full-Day Rentals (8 Hours)
- Multi-Day Rentals
- During select seasons and based on availability, custom rental durations or alternate time slots may be available. Please contact our office directly for availability and pricing.
- Multi-day rentals may not exceed seven (7) consecutive days under a single reservation agreement. Rentals exceeding seven days will require a new reservation and vessel inspection prior to continuation.
Reservation Payments
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Aqua Sports Adventures does not offer reservation holds without payment.
- Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Reservation Changes & Administrative Fees
- Changes to confirmed reservations outside of the cancellation period may be accommodated based on availability.
- Approved reservation changes are subject to a minimum $25 administrative rescheduling fee.
- Once inside the applicable cancellation period, reservations may not be modified, moved, shortened, or adjusted.
- For 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour rentals, reservation times cannot be downgraded for partial refunds after booking. Guests may arrive later within their scheduled reservation window with advance notice; however, unused time is forfeited.
Arrival Times & No-Show Policy
- Reservations will be held for up to thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled departure time.
- Guests arriving later than 30 minutes past departure without communication may be considered a “No Show.”
- No-Show reservations will forfeit the full reservation amount.
- If you are running late, please contact our office as soon as possible. While accommodations cannot be guaranteed, our staff will make reasonable efforts to assist when operationally possible.
Vouchers, Credits & Rescheduled Reservations
- Rescheduled reservations and weather vouchers must be redeemed prior to their expiration date.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, all gift cards, vouchers, credits, and promotional reservations expire at the end of the current operating season which is October 31.
- Rescheduled reservations and vouchers are only valid for:
- Monday–Friday use only
- Non-holiday reservations
- The same vessel category and rental duration originally booked
- Any pricing difference due to seasonal rates, upgraded vessels, or schedule changes must be paid at the time of rebooking.
- Vouchers and rescheduled reservations are non-transferable and hold no cash value or return in rate difference due to changing days of the week.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- By completing a reservation, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all Aqua Sports Adventures reservation policies, cancellation policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Reservations deemed forfeited due to policy violations, No Shows, unsafe operation, intoxication, insufficient boating experience, or failure to meet rental requirements are not eligible for refunds, reversals, or chargebacks.
- Attempted payment disputes inconsistent with agreed rental policies may be contested with supporting reservation records, signed waivers, safety acknowledgements, and booking confirmations.
